For dredge bosses in general, the way to do it is with a mo/me or me/mo spirit bonder with both visages and illusionary weaponary. Build basically looks something like this:
16 Illusion
10 Prot
Rest in either Insp and/or Fast Cast
Protective Spirit
Spirit Bond
Illusionary Weaponary
Sympathetic Visage
Ancestor's Visage
Balths Spirit
Essence Bond
Open
The way it works is you cast visage, go up near any gardeners and kill them (the visage will drain their energy) with IW, then go next to the boss and do the same thing, since he won't have any energy for self heals like troll unguent.. In the open spot, for monk bosses, you will also need ignorance to prevent their boon signet. For ranger bosses, I like to bring mantra of resolve (if there aren't any warriors - they use wild blow) or a heavy degen spell like Conjure Nightmare to make the killing faster.
For Nundak in particular, the tricky part is getting to him past all the mantis in melandru's. I find that it if you watch their patrol patterns carefully enough, you can usually sneak by, or at least sneak by with only 1 group aggroed (do not aggro the groups with dreamweavers in them) so that you can just run and eventually lose aggro. You will then need to sneak around to the left side past the dredge patrols to where Nundak's group is (note that his group won't start patrolling until they show up on your radar). One they get going, just wait for them to come around. You will need to kill Rot Foulbelly first since he uses weaken knees, which makes it really hard to get to Nundak without getting knocked down at the wrong time. Be sure to also bait out Nundak's savage shot before casting important spells like visage and IW. Good luck.
